Responsibilities

Install and activate internet, voice, and video services for residential and commercial customers.
Route, secure, and mount cabling and network interface devices as needed.
Configure routers, Wi‑Fi, and related equipment for optimal performance.
Test services and verify speeds and quality with approved tools.
Educate customers on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
