Job summary

Reiser in Worcester, MA is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair packaging machinery at customer sites. The role requires 60-80% travel within the region and hands-on diagnostic work.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
Practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics.
Food processing or packaging machinery experience is a plus.
Customer-focused mindset.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Install new packaging and processing machinery and perform routine maintenance and on-site repairs.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems.
Spend 60-80% of time traveling within the region to visit customer sites and support equipment.
Train customers in preventive maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly and safely.
