Requirements include 3+ years in office front installation or field engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in office front installation, field engineering, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, safety standards, and quality control processes.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation monitoring to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with Project Managers on corrective actions.
• Enforce safety protocols on all job sites and produce weekly safety reports.
