Job description

The Glass Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of glass and glazing operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role manages daily operations, including fabrication, procurement, installation, and quality control of glass products for commercial construction projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Overseeing day to day operations of glass shop and field crews
• Project Management
• Being involved in weekly calls
• Some estimating and field measurements of projects
• Calling on customers weekly
• Some travel and overnight stays will be required

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

• At least 10 year's experience in the glass industry (field operations, installation, project management, or installation)
• competent in Word, Excel, and Bluebeam
• Willing to relocate to Jacksonville, Florida
