Job summary

Infinium Wall Systems is seeking a hands-on NYC Field Operations Coordinator to support demountable wall projects across New York City. This full-time field role requires independent fieldwork and strong communication with our Project Management team.

The ideal candidate has a solid construction background, carpentry/glazing experience, and the ability to obtain accurate VIFs on-site while maintaining project readiness and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Construction experience required.
• Ability to obtain VIFs independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work full-time in the field across NYC.

Responsibilities

• Report to and support NYC project sites with installations.
• Independently obtain accurate VIFs and document site conditions.
• Develop knowledge of Infinium wall systems, doors, hardware, and installation procedures.
• Provide hands-on installation support for walls, doors, and hardware as needed.
• Review site conditions to identify potential issues before they impact projects.
• Diagnose on-site issues and relay information to Production and Fabrication teams.
• Maintain clear communication with Project Management on readiness, progress, and deficiencies.
• Communicate professionally with general contractors, site superintendents, customers, installers, and other trades.
• Troubleshoot field conditions and determine information needed for internal teams.
• Document measurements, site conditions, deficiencies, and project details accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication of field information.
• Assist other field team members on site visits.
• Perform minor service calls and on-site repairs.
