Fortress Modular Walls is seeking an Installer to perform on-site installation of modular wall systems in healthcare environments. You will read drawings, use tools, and work as part of a team to deliver precise installations.

This field-based role requires safety focus, ability to travel nationwide, and clear communication with site staff. High school diploma and 2+ years construction experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of construction, carpentry, or modular installation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; ability to travel as needed.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of construction tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Install Fortress modular wall systems according to project specs.
• Read shop drawings and installation plans.
• Use hand and power tools safely to assemble walls.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and field changes.
• Communicate with site supervisors and contractors.
• Ensure a clean, safe worksite per OSHA standards.
• Troubleshoot on-site installation challenges.
• Assist with loading/unloading and inventory.
• Travel to various project locations.
