IMI Agency seeks a dynamic Taskforce Food & Beverage Manager to lead on-site operations across multiple properties, focusing on transitions, openings, and performance improvements. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience.
• Hotel or multi‑unit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-property leadership for food & beverage outlets (restaurants, bars, banquets).
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, food safety, and service expectations.
• Analyze operational and financial performance to improve revenue and profitability.
• Support labor and food cost management and other cost-control measures.
• Coach and develop food & beverage colleagues; onboarding and training support.
