Job summary

IMI Agency is seeking a Taskforce Food & Beverage Manager to oversee operations across multiple properties, spending substantial time on-site at hotels, restaurants, and hospitality environments undergoing transitions or openings.

The role focuses on hands-on leadership, operational oversight, and strategic support to elevate service, performance, and guest experience while partnering with property and corporate leaders to drive standards and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience.
• Hotel or multi-unit experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and client service orientation.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership for food and beverage outlets across multiple properties.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, food safety, and service expectations.
• Analyze operational and financial performance to improve revenue and profitability.
• Coach and develop food and beverage colleagues; onboard as needed.
