Job summary

U.S. Compliance seeks an Environmental Health and Safety Client Advisor to support industrial facilities across North America with regulatory compliance and health & safety programs.

You will inspect facilities, develop site-specific safety plans, train employees, and lead safety committee meetings. The role emphasizes strong interpersonal communication, decision-making, and the ability to work across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preference for 3–5 years of experience in occupational safety within manufacturing environments.
• Experience developing and implementing safety programs and protocols.
• Working knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and state/regional safety requirements.
• Spanish language skills are valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for inspections and site assessments.
• Develop site-specific safety programs and training materials.
• Lead safety committee meetings and safety trainings for employees.
• Support environmental compliance efforts and OSHA-related initiatives.
• Travel to client sites, including local and regional engagements.
