Job summary

U.S. Compliance is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Client Advisor to support industrial facilities across North America with regulatory and health & safety compliance. You will inspect sites, develop safety programs, train employees, and lead safety committees while traveling as needed.

The role emphasizes developing OSHA-compliant programs, interfacing with client teams, and building lasting relationships within a dynamic Compliance as a Service model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in occupational safety in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience developing and implementing safety programs; knowledge of OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1910) is important.
• Spanish fluency is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact, conducting facility inspections and site assessments.
• Develop site-specific safety programs and OSHA-compliant procedures.
• Conduct employee safety and environmental training and lead safety committee meetings.
