Job summary

ERM seeks a Consulting Associate in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Compliance to support regulatory compliance and risk management projects across diverse client sites. You will prepare permits and reports, conduct assessments, and help implement corrective actions under OSHA requirements.

Local travel up to 60% is required, with opportunities to develop technical and consulting skills. The role welcomes applicants with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Environmental Engineering or related

Qualifications

0–2 years of EHS experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Driver's license required; local travel up to 60%.
Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
Preferred certifications such as ASP, EIT, CHMM, OSHA-30 or similar.

Responsibilities

Assist with EHS regulatory compliance and risk management projects.
Prepare plans, permits, and reports for hazardous waste, air quality, stormwater, and wastewater programs.
Conduct EHS compliance assessments and implement corrective actions to meet regulations.
Support development of EHS compliance and management system programs.
Provide on-site EHS compliance support to clients as needed.
Conduct environmental fieldwork and audits, including sampling and ecological studies.
