Job summary

U.S. Compliance is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Client Advisor to support industrial facilities across North America with OSHA regulatory compliance and health/safety programs. The role involves client liaison, site inspections, training, and safety program development.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in occupational safety in manufacturing, with strong communication skills and the potential for travel. Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 3–5 years of occupational safety experience in manufacturing.
• Experience developing and implementing safety programs and OSHA/safety regulations.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site visits to assigned clients and perform inspections.
• Develop, write and update OSHA-compliant safety programs.
• Lead safety committee and employee trainings.
• Conduct industrial hygiene surveys and related testing (air/noise).
• Travel locally and regionally; average 6–8 overnight stays per month.
