Job summary

Midwest Drywall is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects focused on framing and drywall. You’ll serve as the primary contact, guiding crews and subcontractors while monitoring progress and budget with a safety-first mindset.

Based in Denver, you will travel to Steamboat Springs and other sites as needed, coordinating with superintendents, clients, and field teams. A minimum of 5 years in construction PM is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• This position requires 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of light gauge framing and drywall.
• Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Must travel between jobsites and hold a valid Driver's License.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and leadership for an entire project with the Project Superintendent.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Lead safety culture and mentor others to ensure compliance.
• Support preconstruction activities including quantity takeoff and bid package development.
• Identify risks and mitigate potential project uncertainties.
• Regularly review costs relative to the budget and flag variances.
