Job summary

Community Construction Group, LLC. is seeking exceptional Construction Superintendents to join our team. As a General Contractor licensed throughout the Southeast, we specialize in the construction, renovation, and restoration of multi-family properties.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in the construction industry is required.
• Multifamily renovation experience is a plus.
• Ability to maintain construction schedule and manage project costs.
• Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee specified scope of work.
• Travel to project sites throughout the Southeast.
• Work with project management in the timely completion of construction projects.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Assist with permits, licenses, insurance certificates and reports for division projects.
• Review plans, specifications, submittals, RFIs and subcontracts for project conformance.
• Create daily construction reports in Procore.
• Assist in collecting and executing required close-out documents.
• Collaborate with leadership to monitor and improve systems and procedures.
• Complete tasks according to schedule while delivering high-quality work.
