Job summary

A leading talent agency is seeking a Conferences and Programs Coordinator in Washington, DC. You will support the Senior Conferences and Programs Manager in executing annual programs, including managing speaker proposals and overseeing conference logistics. Ideal for candidates with a degree in Business or Marketing and strong communication skills, this full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful industry initiatives. Travel may be required quarterly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Certification in Meeting Planning (CMP) or Exhibition Management (CEM) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in calls for speaker proposals and manage submissions during the selection process.
  • Oversee the online abstract submission and review system for smooth operations.
  • Serve as a liaison for speakers and moderators at the conferences.
  • Contribute to planning and execution of the Awards program.
