You will support the Senior Conferences and Programs Manager in executing annual programs, including managing speaker proposals and overseeing conference logistics. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Certification in Meeting Planning (CMP) or Exhibition Management (CEM) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in calls for speaker proposals and manage submissions during the selection process.
• Oversee the online abstract submission and review system for smooth operations.
• Serve as a liaison for speakers and moderators at the conferences.
• Contribute to planning and execution of the Awards program.
