Job summary

The Arc Jefferson - St. Lawrence is seeking a program supervisor to oversee Community Based Employment Programs and Prevocational Services in Jefferson and St. Lawrence counties. Travel within counties is required Monday–Friday, with standard work hours and some travel flexibility as needed.

The role includes supervising coordinators and administrative staff, ensuring program compliance, and driving program growth while maintaining accurate billing and reporting to regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field; 3+ years in workforce development or similar programs.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid NYS driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management and operations of the Community Based Employment Program and Community Prevocational Services in Jefferson and St. Lawrence counties.
• Assist the Director of Vocational Services in the efficient operation of all programs.
• Drive growth of all programs to maximize Community Based Employment and Prevocational Services.
• Ensure accurate and prompt billing for department services and monitor funding.
• Represent the Agency in the community as requested.
• Participate in management meetings as a member of the management team.
