Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Commissioning Consultant to perform basic technical and project management duties under supervision. This role focuses on understanding project requirements, developing commissioning deliverables, and guiding coordinating staff.

The position may be based at any Stantec office with travel up to 75% domestically and possibly international. Required an accredited engineering degree (or equivalent) with at least 2 years in related industry; FE/EIT or similar certification is

Qualifications

• Accredited engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years related industry experience.
• FE/EIT or other professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops basic commissioning deliverables under minimal supervision; this includes the ability to offer solutions to general technical problems.
• Works with Senior Cx Authority to prepare project deliverables per the client’s intent and scope.
• Follows the quality management process; reviews project deliverables prior to submission to QA/AC reviewer.
• Participates in the engineering/Professional community for growth (meetings, seminars, conferences).
• Gives input to plans to complete tasks within project timeline and budget.
• Meets utilization goals and adheres to project budget.
• Identifies and reports roadblocks and competing priorities affecting scope/schedule/budget.
