Job summary

Stantec’s Buildings team is seeking a Commissioning Consultant to perform basic technical and project management duties under supervision. You will develop commissioning deliverables and support the Senior Commissioning Authority in meeting client scope and timelines.

The role requires extensive domestic travel (75% or more) and may include international travel. Open to any Stantec office location with the right candidate. A licensed engineering degree and FE/EIT credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Accredited engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years related industry experience.
  • FE or EIT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develops basic commissioning deliverables with minimal supervision.
  • Works with Senior Cx Authority to prepare project deliverables per the client’s scope.
  • Follows the quality management process and reviews deliverables.
  • Participates in engineering/professional community for growth.
  • Assists the project manager with tasks, timelines and budget.
  • Identifies roadblocks and manages priorities to maintain scope and schedule.
