We are seeking a Clinical Operations Trainer with a strong background supporting and training healthcare providers to join our team in Massachusetts. This role is ideal for someone who understands provider workflows within a busy ambulatory or primary care environment and has a passion for helping physicians and advanced practice providers successfully navigate clinical systems, workflows, and operational processes.
As a member of the Clinical Operations Training team, you will support the onboarding, training, and ongoing development of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other clinical team members across the Massachusetts market.
You will provide hands‑on training and “at‑the‑elbow” support to help providers effectively use the EMR, adopt standardized clinical workflows, navigate operational processes, and deliver an efficient and consistent patient experience.
This position is based in Massachusetts and requires approximately 50% travel to practices and other locations within the region. Candidates should be comfortable traveling between practices and providing hands‑on support to providers in the clinical environment.
You may be a great fit if you understand the pace and complexity of a provider’s day and enjoy helping clinicians use technology and workflows more effectively.
You are comfortable working directly with physicians and advanced practice providers, whether you are onboarding a new provider, demonstrating an EMR workflow, troubleshooting an issue at the elbow, or helping an established provider adapt to a new process.
You bring strong clinical operations knowledge, provider credibility, relationship‑building skills, and a trainer’s mindset. You can enter a practice, establish trust quickly, understand where providers are experiencing challenges, and translate training into practical solutions they can use during the workday.
You may be a great fit if you understand what it takes to make a busy medical practice run well and enjoy helping others succeed. You can comfortably work alongside Medical Assistants and providers, explain the “why” behind a workflow, demonstrate best practices, troubleshoot issues in real time, and help clinical teams translate training into their everyday work.
You bring clinical credibility, strong relationship‑building skills, and a trainer’s mindset. You can walk into a practice, quickly establish trust with providers and staff, identify where additional support is needed, and help the team adopt consistent workflows that support both operational efficiency and excellent patient care.
