Job summary

Summit Spine & Joint Centers seeks a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee clinic and ASC operations across Georgia locations, implementing goals, policies, and systems for the department.

You will travel to assigned sites, collaborate with physicians and administration to ensure clinical standards, regulatory compliance, and efficient workflows, and develop staff training programs under the Director of Clinical Operations.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to all locations.
• Experience using eClinicalWorks preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general clinic and staff operations, establishing and implementing goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for the department.
• Project manage initiatives as directed by the Director of Clinic Operations or COO, contributing to process improvement and P&L growth.
• Serve as liaison between leadership and employees, promoting staff performance improvement through training and evaluation.
• Contribute to development and implementation of structured employee training programs for all clinic staff.
• Collaborate with physicians and Administration to ensure standards, regulatory requirements, and workflows support the mission.
• Coordinate with HR and Employee Scheduling to ensure adequate staffing for all locations.
• Coordinate with 3rd party services to ensure continued operations.
• Gather, analyze, and report data for fiscal and statistical analysis.
• Additional duties as assigned.
