Job summary

Comprehensive Early Autism Services (CEAS) seeks Behavior Technicians for 1:1 ABA therapy with children aged 2–10 in Salem, OR, delivering services in home, school, and community settings.

You will collect data, support families, and collaborate with a team of therapists while traveling to client homes within the Salem/Portland area. A bachelor's degree is preferred; driving flexibility and experience with young children or disabilities are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or current pursuit in a relevant field.
• Experience with young children or individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move from seated positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community.
• Collect data and use it to guide sessions.
• Implement learning strategies for children with developmental delays.
• Coordinate with a supervising BCBA/BCaBA/RBT team.
• Travel to clients' homes within Salem/Portland area.
• Involve families in therapy sessions.
