Job summary

Comprehensive Early Autism Services (CEAS) is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes across Chicago and surrounding suburbs. You will support children (ages 2-8) with individualized goals, involve families, and collect data to guide progress.

Travel to client homes is required, with teamwork across CEAS staff for consistent therapy. The role offers growth through hands-on practice, team meetings, and ongoing skill development in communication, therapeutic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or pursuit of degree in psychology, education, child development, or related field.
• Experience working with young children or children with disabilities.
• Must have a car and be willing to travel within Chicago and surrounding suburbs.

Responsibilities

• Work with the child in skill areas such as conversation, motor, self-help and pre‑academic skills.
• Integrate the child's family into therapy sessions.
• Collect data and make data‑based decisions.
• Learn strategies and procedures to teach children with developmental delays.
• Attend team meetings and coordinate with a team of Behavior Technicians.
• Travel to the home of each client on the case load.
