Comprehensive Early Autism Services (CEAS) provides ABA-based therapy for children in home, school, and community settings. We are seeking Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children ages 2-10 in a highly individualized, supportive environment.

Duties include working with children on communication, motor, self-help, and pre-academic skills, integrating families into sessions, data collection for decisions, attending team meetings, and traveling to client homes within the greater Detroit/Ann

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or in progress in psychology/education/child development or related field.
• Experience with young children or individuals with disabilities.
• Must be able to lift approximately 30 pounds and move easily from seated positions.

Responsabilités

• Work 1:1 with children in skill areas such as communication, motor, self-help, and pre-academic skills.
• Involve the child’s family in therapy sessions and coordination with therapists.
• Collect data and make data-based decisions to guide therapy.
• Learn strategies and procedures to teach children with developmental delays.
• Attend team meetings and travel to the home of each client on the therapist's case load.
