American Traveler seeks a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray for a community hospital setting in the United States. The role requires at least 1 year of experience and ARRT R certification, with Washington state license if applicable. Travel experience is welcome.

The position features 4x10 hour day shifts (7:00 AM–5:30 PM). On-call duties are required (~2 shifts/month) with mixed weeknights and weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

Work spans Emergency Department, ICU, Operating Room, and bedside/portable procedures.
4x10 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
On-call approximately 2 shifts per month; weeknights 2400–0700 and weekends 12-hour shifts.
Performs abdomen, chest, spine, pelvis, extremities and head imaging studies.
Fluoroscopy studies including arthrography and GI/ENEMA/upper GI series.
Mobile and surgical imaging including C-arm and portable studies.
Uses PACS and Philips equipment; Fuji CR experience preferred.
Potential to float between sister facilities as needed.
Travelers not residing within 50 miles eligible; returning staff after 3-month wait may apply.

Responsibilities

Community hospital setting with adult and pediatric acute care patients
Work spans Emergency Department, ICU, Operating Room, and bedside/portable procedures
4x10 hour day shifts, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
On-call required, approximately 2 call shifts per month; weeknight call is 2400-0700 and weekend call is split into two 12-hour shifts
Performs abdomen, chest, spine, pelvis, upper and lower extremity, and head imaging studies
Fluoroscopy studies including arthrography, barium swallow/esophagus, contrast enema, upper GI series, and enema studies
Mobile and surgical procedures including C-arm, portable abdomen, and portable chest imaging
Uses PACS system and Philips equipment; Fuji CR experience preferred
Potential to float between sister facilities as needed
Candidates must not reside within 50 miles of the facility to be eligible for a travel contract
Former permanent staff may return as travelers after a 3-month waiting period, provided they are not within 50 miles of the facility
Two supervisory references required, covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years
All requested time off must be submitted upfront during the application process
Candidates must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
Travelers may be required to float between sister facilities as part of the assignment
