Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a Radiologic Technologist with 2+ years of diagnostic radiology experience covering OR, fluoroscopy, portables, ED, and X-ray.

8-hour day shifts, Cerner EMR, and travel benefits are included. Must have ARRT RT and AHA BLS, with licensure as applicable. Non-local candidates only; returning staff must take a 2-year break before travel assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in diagnostic radiology
• Current AHA BLS certification
• ARRT (RT) certification required
• License required if applicable
• Experience assisting with OR, fluoro, and general X-ray cases

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic radiology role covering OR cases, fluoro cases, portables, ED, and general X-rays
• 8-hour day shifts, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Uses Cerner EMR system
• Must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve)
• RTO must be requested upfront and cannot be requested after offer
• Does not accept local candidates within 50 miles
• Returning perm staff must take a 2-year break before returning as travel staff
