Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging examinations according to department protocols and physician orders
• Operate CT equipment, including Philips CT systems, to acquire diagnostic-quality images
• Verify patient identity, assess for contraindications to contrast, and obtain informed consent as required
• Administer iodinated contrast and monitor patients during procedures, following safety and policy guidelines
• Maintain image quality and appropriate dose modulation; ensure images meet radiology quality standards
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and other team members to ensure patient safety and accurate study completion; document procedures in the radiology information system

Requirements

• ARRT (CT) certification with a valid hard copy on file is required
• 2 years of CT experience is required
• Phillips experience is required
• BLS certification is required
• Ability to work in a hospital-based CT department and adhere to professional and regulatory guidelines
