Overview

Radiology Tech – CT (Travel) in Willits, California. This travel assignment starts 10/26/2026 and runs for 26 weeks, with 36 guaranteed hours per week. You'll work three 12-hour day shifts on a rotating schedule, including weekend coverage. The position is in a rural, critical access hospital setting and offers weekly pay ranging from $2,544 to $2,714.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanner to acquire diagnostic cross-sectional images; generate sagittal and coronal reformats for radiologist interpretation.
• Perform a range of imaging procedures as needed, including general radiography and fluoroscopy.
• Use PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images to the appropriate location; ensure patient data integrity and privacy (HIPAA compliant).
• Document procedures and maintain accurate records and billing information; participate in routine equipment maintenance and supply management.
• Collaborate with the radiology team; participate in venipuncture for contrast administration if trained; assist with OR imaging and on-call coverage as assigned.
• Provide age-appropriate patient care from adolescence through geriatric populations.

Requirements

• ARRT certification with CT credential and California Radiologic Technologist licensure (RT) to practice in CA; active status required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Venipuncture certification (CA requirement where applicable)
• Fluoroscopy license in California required if operating fluoroscopy equipment
• EPIC experience required
• Minimum 3 years of CT/Radiology experience; Advanced CT certification preferred
• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology preferred
