Job summary

Sweetwater Care seeks a Travel Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging across multiple facilities. You will be responsible for X-ray, CT, MRI, and fluoroscopy procedures, ensuring patient comfort, safety, and high-quality images.

Travel between sites is required, with adherence to ALARA and safety standards. Ideal candidates hold ARRT certification, state licensure, and an Associate degree in Radiologic Technology, with strong skills in patient communication and image quality.

Qualifications

• Assoc degree in Radiologic Technology required.
• ARRT or equivalent certification with state licensure desired.
• Prior diagnostic imaging experience with X-ray/CT/fluoroscopy preferred.
• Strong knowledge of radiographic principles and anatomy.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Willingness to travel between facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures (X-ray, CT, MRI, fluoroscopy) per protocol and ALARA.
• Prepare patients, explain procedures, and ensure comfort and safety.
• Operate and maintain radiographic equipment with proper calibration and QC.
• Position patients and adjust settings for optimal images.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to adverse events.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to review results.
