Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging exams for patients of all ages in a hospital setting. You will prepare patients, operate X-ray and imaging equipment, and ensure high-quality images for radiologist interpretation.

Ideal candidates hold state licensure and ARRT certification with at least 6 months of radiology experience, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• State licensure as Radiology Technologist.
• ARRT certification.
• Minimum of 6 months radiology technician experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for radiological examinations, explaining procedures and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Operate X-ray and other imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Position patients correctly for various exams according to established protocols.
• Maintain and clean imaging equipment and rooms.
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals.
