American Traveler seeks a Radiation Therapist with ARRT-T certification and 2+ years of experience for an outpatient cancer clinic in Charlotte, NC. Day shifts run 08:00–17:00 and you’ll work across 3 machines in a high-volume setting.

The role requires BLS, ARRT-T and license as applicable, with EPIC/Aria EMR experience. Local travel and facility orientation are provided as part of onboarding.

Qualifications

BLS certification is required.
ARRT-T certification is required.
License required if applicable.
Minimum 2 years of experience required.
Proficiency with Varian Truebeam Linear Accelerators required.
Experience with various cancer diagnoses required; manager approval otherwise.
EPIC/Aria EMR experience required.
Last 4 of SSN and full date of birth required for consideration.
Minimum 1 professional reference dated within the last year from a Supervisor, Manager, Director, or Charge title

Responsibilities

Outpatient ambulatory cancer clinic setting
Treats approximately 60-100 patients per day across 3 machines
Day shift, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week (0800-1700)
Approximately 12 therapists work per shift
Uses Varian Truebeam Linear Accelerators
Uses EPIC/Aria EMR system
Weekend rotations possible but unlikely
Weekend on-call rotated among the team based on staffing needs
May float to other Radiation Therapy sites in greater Charlotte with manager approval
Department offers leadership support and a diverse, collegial culture
NEO orientation plus 2 days of departmental orientation
Department closed on holidays
RTO subject to manager approval
Black scrubs required

Open to first-time travelers
50-mile radius rule applies; local candidates not accepted
Returning employees must be separated from any AHSE facility for at least 1 year after working a permanent position
