Expect a full-time 13-week assignment with a day shift, Monday–Friday, no weekends or on-call. Local candidates within 50 miles may be considered; CHRISTUS Health alumni must observe a 6-month separation

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Radiation Therapy is required.
• State MRT/RRT license is required if applicable.
• ARRT RADTH certification is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience is required.
• Ability to operate Trilogy and/or TrueBeam LINAC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Treats cancer and osteoarthritis patients in a hospital oncology setting.
• Performs SBRT, IMRT, basic radiation therapy, and breath-hold treatments.
• Uses Trilogy and/or TrueBeam LINAC machines.
• Maintains treatment records and prepares operational reports.
• Dresses code and maintains patient-tailored care.
• Local candidates may be considered within 50 miles of the facility.
• Open to first-time travelers with required experience and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Hospital-based Oncology Radiation Therapy department
• Treats cancer and osteoarthritis patients
• Performs SBRT, IMRT, basic radiation therapy, and breath-hold treatments
• Uses Trilogy and/or TrueBeam LINAC machines
• Two therapists assigned per machine, seeing 15-25 patients per day
• Monday-Friday day shift schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No weekend, on-call, or floating requirements
• Full-time, 13-week assignment
• Administers prescribed radiation therapy treatments and radiographic procedures
• Maintains treatment records and prepares operational reports
• Maintains, stores, and orders supplies and equipment
• Provides quality patient care tailored to diagnosis, treatment plan, and patient age group
• Dress code preference is olive green pants with black shirts
• Local candidates may be considered within a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Previous CHRISTUS Health employees must have a 6-month separation before starting a new travel assignment
• Open to first-time travelers with required experience and certifications
