Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Willits, California. The PT will work 40 hours per week, with 8-hour day shifts, in a travel capacity and support patients across hospitals, clinics and rehab centers.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations to tailor treatment.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise and prevention.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to optimize care.
• Maintain safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control standards.
