Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Vacaville, California. The position offers 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts, starting ASAP. You’ll join a focused team providing high-quality therapy services and patient care in a travel role.

Qualified candidates hold a valid PT license in California and a current BLS certification. Doctorate in PT preferred; new graduates welcome. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the required state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Experience in physical therapy preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using standardized tests and patient history to identify rehabilitation needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate physical therapy equipment safely and maintain devices.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
