Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Ludlow, MA. You will evaluate patients, design individualized rehab plans, and implement therapy to improve mobility and reduce pain in a hospital, clinic, or rehab setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
