Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Chelmsford, MA. This travel role offers 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour shift, and the opportunity to work in a supportive clinical team.

The PT will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, collaborate with physicians and staff, and ensure high-quality, safe patient care. Licensure and BLS are required; Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred; travel benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and safety.
• Maintain a safe and compliant treatment environment.
