Job summary
MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Ludlow, Massachusetts. The PT will provide direct patient care, develop plans of care, and collaborate with the care team to meet rehabilitation goals.
The ideal candidate will hold a DPT or PT degree with NPTE, have at least one year of experience, and possess an active state license or be in the licensure process. Travel housing support and comprehensive benefits are offered.
Qualifications
- Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
- Minimum one year's experience
- Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in process of licensure
Responsibilities
- Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
- Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity.
- Document patient status and educate patients and families in physical therapy methods.
- Develop plans of care and provide skilled physical therapy services per physician orders
