Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Ludlow, MA. You will work 40 hours per week, in a dayshift schedule, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits provided by the travel program.

As a member of our clinical team, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life across hospital, clinic, and rehab settings. Strong collaboration and documentation are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in MA or compliant state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• New grads welcome to apply (in some cases).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home programs and injury prevention.
