Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Milford, MA. You will evaluate, plan, and implement PT programs to improve mobility and reduce pain while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Start ASAP with 40 hours per week, days shift. Travel positions offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and support from a clinical team throughout the assignment.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• New grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Administer PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management strategies.
