Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in California

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Operate and maintain PT equipment safely
• Document progress and outcomes in medical records
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize care
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety
• Maintain safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control standards
• Engage in quality assurance and professional development
• Assist with discharge planning for community or home-based settings
