Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Apple Valley, CA. This role offers 40 hours per week, dayshift, with a dedicated clinical team to support high-quality patient care.

The candidate must hold a valid California PT license and current BLS certification; experienced or new grads are welcome to apply. This travel position emphasizes evidence-based care and collaboration with the care team to improve mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations to guide treatment.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to optimize care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and injury prevention.
