Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Sacramento, CA. This role offers 30 hours per week, an 8-hour shift pattern, and the chance to work in varied clinical settings while providing high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate holds a valid PT license in California, with BLS certification; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred. New grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy is preferred.
• New grads welcome to apply; other certifications or licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations to determine treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and self-management.
