Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Apple Valley, CA. The role offers 40 hours per week, daily 8-hour shifts, and a chance to work across hospitals, clinics, and rehab centers with a strong clinical team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• PT experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests, examinations and history.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients/caregivers on home programs and safety.
• Maintain a safe environment and follow infection control protocols.
