American Traveler, LLC. seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a Long Term Care facility in Texas. The role requires at least 2 years of PT experience and a TX license (compact licenses not accepted).

Day shifts, 8-hour shifts, with no weekend or on-call requirements. This assignment offers a generous housing allowance and travel/licensure reimbursements to support temporary relocation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of PT experience required.
• TX state license required (compact license not accepted).
• License required if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with history, systems review, and tests and measures.
• Create individualized treatment plans with patient-centered goals.
• Perform ongoing reassessments and adjust treatment based on response.
• Manage discharge planning from first visit to completion.
• Supervise staff and students per state law.
• Maintain accurate documentation for accreditation and insurance.
• Communicate with patients, families, and care team to optimize outcomes.
• Provide education to patients and families.
• Support professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain safe environment for patients, staff, visitors, and ensure safety.
• Maximum of 5 days RTO may be requested during the assignment.
