Job summary
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a Long Term Care setting in Texas, requiring a TX or compact PTA license and 2+ years of PTA experience. - Experience in a LTC or SNF setting required
Responsibilities
- Long Term Care setting within the Physical Therapy unit
- Day shift, 8-hour shifts
- No weekend requirements
- No on-call requirements
- Provide patient treatment through exercise, massage, gait and balance training, and other therapeutic interventions under supervision of a physical therapist
- Document patient progress and report treatment outcomes to the supervising physical therapist
- No more than 5 days of RTO can be requested
