Job summary

H2 Health is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to support our outpatient clinics in Oklahoma on 13-week assignments. This full-time internal travel role offers hourly pay plus eligible tax-free travel stipends, with full-time employee benefits and license reimbursement.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, delivering evidence-based outpatient PT, and collaborating with clinic teams while documenting care and ensuring patient-centered care across assignments.

Qualifications

• DPT or MSPT/BPT CAPTE-accredited program required.
• Current state PT license or eligibility required.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed for assignments.
• CPR certification, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy.
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, balance, and sports-related conditions.
• Educate patients and families throughout rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and clinic teams.
• Document care accurately and provide patient-centered care.
