Job summary

H2 Health is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for outpatient clinics in Oklahoma. This full-time role offers travel assignments of typically 13 weeks, with tax-free stipends and comprehensive benefits. You will evaluate patients, deliver evidence-based outpatient PT, and collaborate with clinic teams across our region.

New grads and experienced PTs are welcome. Responsibilities include developing care plans, documentation, licensure, and occasional cross-state assignments, with housing

Qualifications

• DPT or MSPT/BPT from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current state PT license or eligibility.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure.
• CPR certification, as applicable.
• Ability to travel to available H2 Health assignments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy.
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, balance and sports conditions.
• Educate patients and families throughout rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and clinic teams.
• Document care accurately and provide patient-centered care throughout each assignment.
