H2 Health is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to support our Oklahoma outpatient clinics with typical 13-week assignments. This full-time role offers hourly pay plus eligible tax-free travel stipends and full-time benefits.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, delivering evidence-based therapy, and educating patients and families, while collaborating with clinic teams and ensuring meticulous documentation.

Formación

• Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent legacy degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current license to practice Physical Therapy in the state or eligibility.
• Ability to obtain additional state licenses as required for assignments.
• CPR certification where applicable.
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning for patient-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy.
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, balance, and sports conditions.
• Educate patients and families throughout rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and clinic teams.
• Document care accurately and provide consistent, patient-centered care.
