Job summary

H2 Health is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for full-time outpatient clinics in Oklahoma. The role blends travel flexibility with the stability of a full-time position, supporting outpatient teams across our Oklahoma market.

Assignments are typically 13 weeks, with opportunities to work across H2 Health regions. You will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, deliver evidence-based therapy, and collaborate with clinic staff while maintaining licensure and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent CAPTE-accredited degree required.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed.
• CPR certification, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy.
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, balance and sports conditions.
• Educate patients and families during rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs and clinic teams.
• Document care accurately and maintain patient-centered care.
• Travel to available assignments as required.
