Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Windsor, CO. The role offers 40 hours per week, dayshift, ASAP start, and the chance to impact patient mobility and quality of life in diverse settings.

The PT will evaluate, diagnose and treat patients, coordinating with a clinical team. Licensure and BLS are required; Doctorate in PT preferred. Travel experience welcomed.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Strong clinical and communication skills for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehab programs based on assessments.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists for patient care.
• Educate patients on home exercises and safety.
