Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Northglenn, CO. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop rehab plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team in a hospital/clinic setting.

This travel role offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts during the days, ASAP start, with competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and support from a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Provide evidence-based PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
